When there is, I'll reconsider.

Not true. what else you got?

You keep saying that, but never show it.  There is no valid evidence.  You do know what valid evidence is, do you not?

RE: Most personally convincing reasons you don't believe.
This isn't a convincing reason not to believe in all of the gods posited by humans, but it's one of my reasons for rejecting Judeo-Christianity in particular as a cult pushed by charlatans. My cousin posted this image on Facebook:

[Image: 13240567_237522749950047_682383714366435...e=579F1C57]

I didn't reply to it, though I was overwhelmed with an urge to start posting the (literally hundred or so) places in the Qur'an where it says that exact same thing about the signs and wonders of Allah and the "truth" of the Holy Qur'an.

Seriously, if your book has to actually SAY to you that "anyone who doesn't agree with what this book says is wrong", it's probably full of shit.

Add in the threat of The Return of the Genocidal God's Wrath (coming soon to theaters near you!), and I can only barely suppress my gag reflex.

Yes, thank you for reassuring me that rejecting belief in your "loving" Yahweh was a good choice. I appreciate that.
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost

I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Yeah, diarrhoea does that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

...and that' the problem isn't it? "Valid" evidence. Problem in that who gets to define what is and is not considered 'valid.'

It's not down to any person to decide what counts as valid evidence, it's conditional and proportionate to the claim being made. Does your evidence actually evidence your claim? Would it convince you if another person offered it to you blindly, at face value? Would you require additional information to make a critical assessment? Or would you merely swallow it wholecloth?
