It's because both parties have lost their way. Independents (small i) are now a plurality at 45% and almost twice the number of either party. The candidates are those wanted by the most engaged of two minority policy groups, republicans and democrats.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

Millennials do not like hillary yet she wants our vote instead of running to the left she is running to the right.
Then you have Trump who is running to the left successfully mind you... now hillary wants party unity.. instead of get this the reality of things pushing hillary to win because she cannot at this point. Push sanders of all people to be the nominee and actually get a democrat into office rather than taking this huge gamble with hillary. At either point she could be indicted or you know the president gives her a pardon and even then she is not trustworthy and cannot win against trump let me be honest here. She cannot win against trump even then there will be people simply not voting for her and she is not that popular.. id vote for her lesser of two evils and all...

I don't like either of them. I will not be voting this year.

I always keep telling that to myself, but not voting amounts to casting a vote for the radicals. Radicals are far more likely to vote and if you give up on your rights, you're pretty much making them stronger. But I know the feeling of not liking what's on offer. It's all about jumping ones shadow, pinching ones nose and enforcing what little individual influence one has to prevent the bigger evil.
