Thanks! I've been playing since I was 14, but took a 20 year break at age 24 when I had my first kid. I have a lot to re-teach myself.

Just got through with the most kick ass CF workout! Did this with a friend who's also into CF, at her house/garage. Sweating SO much, it was awesome. Such a difference doing a workout outdoors as opposed to inside an air conditioned gym. Love it!
