Did PT today, and it was OK overall, though my shoulder's back to being a tiny bit wonky. I need to baby it still. As well, my PT for this semester says I may be experiencing a cartilege failure of some sort. We can hear some snap, crackle, and pop in my legs.

Feeling shitty today. First of all I woke up with an awful headache and queasy stomac, which is a small thing. And a half hour ago a friend of mine rang to inform me that another friend killed himself and his son this morning.

My parents moved house and I moved with them, I now live around a bunch of old white people, my neighbour has chickens and the house has a garage so my car insurance people have given me some money back. It's so hot and I'm relaxing in work, just drank a kale spinach smoothie I'll go for a stroll later and do some push ups. I work up in the countryside wooded areas and the view is good up here. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason.
