Well, as I said in a PM exchange with another member, I value differing opinions. I gave you that rep sincerely -- not because I agreed with you, but for exactly the reasons I wrote: "I don't always agree with you, but you're steadfast and usually well thought-out."
If you want to try and make out of that that I'm trying to beat you over the head with groupthink, you go right ahead, but I did not build the cross you're climbing, and I sure as hell ain't driving the nails. You'll have to get someone else to blame for your martyrdom.
Groupthink happens wherever three or more people gather, and this forum is no exception. It does sometimes have a choral quality to it, but it's been my experience that even through disagreement the folks here accept me for who I am. Of course, I don't expect them to agree with my every word, either.

Their's something beautiful in complaining about insensitivity, then calling someone retarded.

I don't drink or take drugs, and good luck in following your treatment.

R...E. I find your self pity nauseating.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

That's a myth actually.
http://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-hel...ut-suicide
Quote:Myth: People who talk about suicide aren’t serious and won’t go through with it.
Fact: People who kill themselves have often told someone that they do not feel life is worth living or that they have no future. Some may have actually said they want to die. While it’s possible that someone might talk about suicide as a way of getting the attention they need, it’s vitally important to take anybody who talks about feeling suicidal seriously.
