Of course it does, everybody is using it, duh.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Tell that to those who wrote the app. It's not my fault they made it a dead end with only two steps - one to add a forum and another to skip adding a forum. After that it's just a dead end. Touching the forum name does nothing.

I won't. I'm sure they're happy with their 20+ million iOS/Android users.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I think Tapatalk is ok, I don't use it but I mostly log in from a 'Plus' iPhone or iPad where the net version works just fine. If our membership grew to the many thousands and we had either the capital or the personal time needed to contribute towards a bespoke app it would be considered.
But we have neither and hence there is really no added value at all in us going down that route. I would suggest that if Tapatalk is causing you issues specifically then it's to them you need to go to. If your browser isn't letting you do something then unfortunately it's out of our hands.
Sorry we can't help further but obviously we don't control your browser settings or potential bugs in 3rd party devs and applications.

VERY TRUE. I SHOULD KNOW I HAVE ONE.
Not making that mistake again. Next time I have the money for a new phone, it will NOT be a Windows phone.

I liked my old Windows Phone at first (probably because it was the first proper 'smartphone' I'd ever owned) but I grew to hate the limited support, below-par camera and abysmal battery life of the thing. Finally bought a THL running Android a few months ago and never looked back since.

I've had Android. They're good.
Ideally I'd love Apple, they're just so expensive goshdarnit.
