Are you going to hatch sometime? If so, then what will you hatch into? Are we going to have another turtle on the site?
I don't believe you. Get over it.

How's the Tall man?
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

"Death should hold no fear for a man as old as me, but it does. Isn't that silly? It is always dark where I am, so why should I fear the darkness? Yet I cannot help but wonder what will follow, when the last warmth leaves my body. Will I feast forever in the Father's golden hall as the septons say? Will I talk with Egg again, find Dareon whole and happy, hear my sisters singing to their children? What if the horselords have the truth of it? Will I ride through the night sky forever on a stallion made of flame? Or must I return again to this vale of sorrow? Who can say, truly? Who has been beyond the wall of death to see? Only the wights, and we know what they are like. We know."

I loved Aemon. Great character

I am very much against poaching. There is worldwide outrage against elephant poachers, but what about us poor eggs?

You'll have to walk 10km to find out

Elephants aren't for breakfast. If they were it would be less wasteful than egg poaching. Eggs are for breakfast. If they weren't it would be as wasteful as elephant poaching.

Elephants have feelings; poaching them is beyond merely wasteful. Poaching elephants is harmful. But the fact that elephants have feelings and thus are able to be harmed isn't my counter-objection to your objection: because evidently so do and so are eggs.
