And how would you know that the Buddha believed in god if it appears nowhere in his teachings?  Do you have some other source that others aren't aware of?

You don't seem to be very attentive to what goes on Fat.  Shake Fist  Shake Fist  Shake Fist
Why Buddha would speak about God to people that would reject his message straight away?
Most probably he was living in a very materialistic society where people would not understand his message about God so why speak about something that would have been rejected?
Beside being smart and intelligent he was also a tactician.
Tacticians know the way to enter closed mental doors and that is exactly what Buddha was doing.

That must be why here you are complaining about Buddhists, because Buddha was such a great tactician. Rolleyes

"Bob's an asshoile.  Eventually people learn that Bob is an asshole, and nobody wants to deal with Bob's shit anymore.  Fuck Bob.  Fuck Bob with a rusty rake."

Still an irrational belief.

What if Hitler was a really great guy in his previous lives?  Does he get off the hook for killing 6 million people?  Or were those 6 million people all bad people in their previous life?  How can you really punish someone for doing something they don't remember doing?  Seems to me like punishment for punishments sake, and not justice at all.  Punishment should teach a lesson, and mystical karma would not be teaching anyone a lesson at all.
Punishment shouldn't teach anything, it is counter-productive, unnecessary, immoral and disruptive of the human psyche. It is nothing else but a way to force people to accept others' authority.

I agree -- Luck has nothing to do with this.  Poverty is all based on the way societies work and how people react to one another, and the causes of someone being born in poverty are related to this and not to anything supernatural.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Why should happen in the real world?

You guys live in a fairy land where good and bad luck rule.
Doesn't life teach you that that is just bullshit?  Wink
The only justice dished out is ordained by humans in courts following Law of the land. Besides that, you're shit outta luck.

Gee, that is great to find someone who got solid evidence about justice dished out only in courts.  Worship

Could you please send me a copy of this evidence of yours.
Is not that I do not believe you.
Of course I do believe you mate.  Indubitably

It is only for keeping that on my files just in case someone would object to it.  Thanks

Are you serious? Which countries example of a court would you suffice as evidence for it?
