Have you tried one of those UV lights? I hear they can help with seasonal depression.

No but I definitely need to invest in one. I'm sceptical that they work tbh but it's worth a try

I feel at peace. Hard days ahead though.

But not going to be bothered by things I can't change. Life's too short for that. What will be will be. At least my heart is being taken care of. That truly gives me the strength to face anything. I'm eternally grateful for that. And always will be.

I've thought of investing in one myself. My issues aren't really seasonal, but it can't hurt to get a bit of the D, Vitamin D that is. There have to be some deals on them online.
