It's not a matter of "keeping them in check" actually, what I’m suggesting is to take responsibility for one’s own emotions, feel it and allow it to be felt entirely! Not project and express them to others! Unless it is of Love compassion kindness!

If one supresses it (keep it in check) it will remain inside of you, until it's experienced! If a man has a lot of supressed anger, grief than they will look at everything in an angry way, until they feel and realise the emotion in a controlled environment! The more anger in the soul the more angry that person will be! Furthermore the more you express it to others the more karma that person will receive and so actually degrade his own soul condition even further!

Why are there so many grumpy old people? Because they choose to supress there emotion all their life!

Emotion has substance, energetically so, this substance is in the Soul until it is released!

Why don't I get really angry back? One I’m an living example of what I'm talking about, but I still feel anger at time and when I do I release it, also I don't express it to others because I don't feel I need to fight back as I know karma is already serving justice in its own law!

Law of compensation (karma) (reap what you sow) is a beautiful law once understood! No matter what someone does to you one can be sure that karma will take care of any injustices for you! No need to fight back! Or feel revengeful, that person will get their own back in due good time Just need to feel the emotions that person created if they arise at all!

Humble person = somebody that takes full responsibility for all of their own emotions!

Gods Laws take care of everything else, it's perfect really, and I'm still trying to get my head around perfect, it's so perfect it beyond explanation!

You need a desire to think up things before you think up things though!

You must have had faith in yourself to know that it was possible to build such a system (that you had a desire to design it) before you started. Right? Or at worst remotely possible!
Otherwise why would you bother to start it in the first place if it wasn't plausible is some way?

Like the wright brothers, based upon what they had faith in was possible! Changed the way we live! Despite all the ridicule they received, it is their faith that pushed them forward, and now look we have an Airbus A380F, just because 2 men had faith!
If you told those people before the wright brother time that in the future there was going to be an Airbus A380F flying in the sky at 634 mph they would have put you in a mental asylum lol!
If that faith is strong, which sounds like it is, than nobody could sway you away from the project, no matter how much are ridiculed!
Do you know how many people lost faith in themselves and never finished projects! Only for someone else to come along with more faith and finish what they started!
Apparently there is a patent for an anti-gravity system in archive because someone lost faith that it was possible!
Peoples faith has changed this world and will continue to do so!
