You know, I remember reading that Conservapedia decided he had died sometime between July 2006 and December 2009 and decided to fake his still being alive for some reason. Surprisingly, the news that he actually did die didn't make it to the front page.

Are you guys serious? So you bought the bullshit propaganda about him being an evil dictator hook line and sinker.

Think about it. The US has been trying to assassinate Castro for 50 years. If he’d been the villain they painted him to be somebody close to him would have betrayed him. You can’t win loyalty with an iron fist. Not the kind of loyalty that allows you to defy the west for half a century.

Castro drove the gamblers and graft out of Cuba. So of course the US is pissed that he died of old age rather than at their hands. By buying the propaganda, you miss the main message of his life is that the west can be defied.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

As for Castro...not gonna miss him in the slightest, though I don't believe his rule was one exclusively of evil - it was a *little* more complex than that.
