87+ Dead in Bangladesh Building Collapse

Apparently the building housed various sweat shops for the apparel industry.
But its okay because the corporate criminals who get rich profiting from such conditions are finding ways so they can sleep at night.
Quote: Among the textile businesses in the building were Phantom Apparels Ltd., New Wave Style Ltd., New Wave Bottoms Ltd. and New Wave Brothers Ltd., which make clothing for brands including The Children's Place and Dress Barn.
Jane Singer, a spokeswoman for The Children's Place, said that "while one of the garment factories located in the building complex has produced apparel for The Children's Place, none of our product was in production at the time of this accident."

No problem, they prayed for the victims.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

The number has continued to grow.

Quote:The blaze comes just two weeks after the collapse of the eight-story Rana Plaza building, home to five garment factories, killed at least 950 people and became the worst tragedy in the history of the global garment manufacturing industry. The disaster has raised alarm about the often deadly working conditions in Bangladesh's $20 billion garment industry, which provides clothing for major retailers around the globe.
A certain degree of justice here, though.
Quote:DHAKA, Bangladesh (AP) - A fire at a sweater manufacturer killed eight people - including a senior police officer, a Bangladeshi politician and a top clothing industry official - barely two weeks after the collapse of a building housing other garment factories where the death toll approached 1,000 on Thursday.

Unfortunately in the eyes of many people, the value of the life of one Bangladeshi is a extremely tiny fraction of the life of one European or North American.

It takes a long time to search through the debris of a eight-storey factory.

I have an idea: All those who have access to an omnipotent god, please ask him to help out a bit.
John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Matthew 17:20 Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
There is no disclaimer or fine print. I think asking to save hundreds of lives you've never met is pretty selfless. Especially considering that many of those souls would then be saved from hell and millions of people may very well except christ because they have witnessed his awesome power. You do have the faith of a mustard seed correct? God would get all the glory right? So go ahead and ask him to levitate all the rubble off those suffering people.
What?!? You're not even going to ask?!? You can ask for anything you want and you're not even going to try???
Your god left it wide open. Just go ahead and ask him to move that "mountain" of rubble.
apologists filthy fucking horse shit in ...3...2...1...
