While it is certainly possible for a neurologist to be religious and have a degree, he is still dangerous, not just because he has no experience as a civil servant dealing with housing, but even prior when he ran, the idea that you can get that kind of degree, then at the same time cherry pick science and pander to creationists whom don't have that degree. There are religious people with medical degrees of every religion you can think of, but even with the ones willing to separate their religion from a lab fail to consider that it is science that is universal, not religion. Victor Stenger's book "The New Atheism" and I agree, takes issue with the idea that you can split the baby by trying to treat them separate but equal.

Unfortunately when that is pointed out to many, it is taken as an attack on human rights, rather than a criticism on theists logic.

But Rome had not been the capital since 280 when Diocletian moved the capital to Mediolanum (Milan) and then it was moved again by Honorius in 402 to Ravenna.

You know that bullshit story about pope Leo stopping Attila from attacking Rome that the catholics like to tell?  Total b.s.  Attila had destroyed Aquileia which was located in a marshy area at the head of the Adriatic - relatively near modern Venice - and managed to get much of his army infected with malaria.  He was actually moving slowly towards Ravenna, not Rome, with part of his army - the other part had gone west towards Mediolanum - when a delegation approached which included Leo but he was far from the most important member.  Ravenna would have been a much tougher nut to crack than Aquileia and the Eastern empire had crossed the Danube and attacked Hunnish territories in his rear.  Jesus freak horseshit aside, the strategic situation demanded that Attila give it up and return home.
