It is soft and yielding, able to adapt to any twists and turns in its flow. There may be a slight interruption in its flow, but it will always flow wherever comes next naturally, even if that is not the original path it was on. Its formlessness allows it to adapt to almost any situation, and therefore it is perfect. Taoism says a lot about nature in similar veins, but water is the most frequently discussed aspect of nature. In order to achieve maximum pleasure from the universe, we have to flow, like water does, as naturally as possible.
Wow, I found that inspiring, Taoism is worth the effort.

Water can be compared to many things and it can work in harmony with many things to go with the flow in reality. It's all one big whole isn't it ?
What gravitates me toward Taoist philosophy is how simple it is. I mean, Lao Tzu's words may be confusing the first time you read them, but it all revolves around simplicity. It doesn't require any pseudo-historical B.S. that the Bible asks us to believe. Just profound statements about nature that have, for the most part, stood the test of time.

Something can only be perfect with regard to a specific goal. In that regard, it may contain no flaws. Otherwise, it's just some vague subjective idea.
That's easily accomplished in an abstract system.
In reality, what can we say? Anything is perfect at being itself. It contains absolutely no flaws in this regard. (Assuming the law of identity.)

What can be learnt from fairy tales ? Simplicity is awesome.

Thanks, that was worth consideration.

For something to be "perfect," it has to exactly match what it should be. But what should be other than what it is?
What really happens is that we symbolize reality to a near-fit, and then blame reality when it can't conform to our own simplicity. So we symbolize a cloud of particles as a "flat" table, look at it under a microscope, and discover there's no flatness to be found-- the particles, after all, are moving, and cannot therefore be perfectly aligned in a virtual plane.
So in short, I'd say everything is perfect except our ideas of things.

Flaws are very useful amongst the perfection.

To start, I say perfection is relative
