The false self and our knowledge of it's deception proves God.

The false self and our knowledge of it's deception proves God.
Deception of ourselves and our knowledge of our false idol proves God.

1. Worship is what is valued most.
2. Each person tends to value themselves the most.
3. No person believes others ought to value them the most.
4. We are in double think where we value ourselves as number one but don't believe others ought to value ourselves the most.
5. Each person committed to valuing themselves the most thus creates a false belief, they don't truly believe they should be valued most and hence are believing and acting to lie.
6. Therefore we are false gods.
7. This suggests there is something we should value the most that is not us and that everything should value the most as well.
8. That being is that which out to be valued the most by us and by all (God).

Lightning happens.

Therefore Thor is real.

If Thor is real that proves Odin is real.

If Thor is real, that means Loki is real.

Loki is a trickster.

Therefore Loki has tricked the world into believing that he is not real but many false gods are.

Therefore all gods other than the Norse gods are false.

Therefore 5 billion people in the world are deluded.

But if Odin allows Loki to trick the world, then it's likely Odin doesn't exist.

And if Odin doesn't exist then Loki and Thor don't exist.

Therefore there are no gods.

Atheism for the win.

Actually I'm pretty sure there are people who want others to value them more than themselves. The military runs on that logic. Kings felt that way too, and these ancient books were written at a time where the populous worshiping kings and emporers was common. That just doesn't fly in the modern age.

I do value myself above others, and the reason I don't expect others to, is because I expect everyone to value themselves above others. That way they don't wind up dying needlessly. I don't know how this proves a god. And yet I doubt this will be the last thread you make, trying to prove a god through mental gymnastics.

These things people take the time to realize about themselves. They question, why do I love myself more than others? Why do I centralize my life for myself?

You saying it should be simply because it should be, when it's a paradox, is highly problematic. You are not sure, ok, fair enough, seek to discover, are we interconnected, should be valuing ourselves over others or not? The paradox is you don't believe you ought to objectively be valued more so by others, yet you value yourself. This has to say something. We aren't acting to truth, we are acting to falsehood...

Of course, there are people who value others as much as themselves or some more than themselves, but they are a minority.

What, in your opinion, if demonstrated to be true, would prove your god is baloney?

1. Worship is what is valued most

Nope wrong  values and woship are two diffrent things and no i don't care what the qurans says on the matter

2. Each person tends to value themselves the most.

Depends on the person and the situation so nope false

3. No person believes others ought to value them the most

Again depends on the person and the situtation so nope false

4. We are in double think where we value ourselves as number one but don't believe others ought to value ourselves the most.

Since your last to statements are false ot unproven then this premise also fails

5. Each person committed to valuing themselves the most thus creates a false belief, they don't truly believe they should be valued most and hence are believing and acting to lie

See last response

6. Therefore we are false gods
Nope we are not gods to begin with nor do i think i'm a god so nope wrong again

7. This suggests there is something we should value the most that is not us and that everything should value the most as well.

Nope it suggests we value things other then ourselves. But puts no shoulds on those things .And nor does it suggest everything should value somthing or does . Let alone proves one universal ulitimate value. So again fail.

8. That being is that which out to be valued the most by us and by all (God).

Nope half these statements are baseless and i could not care less about your magic pixie. Nor is there any proof he is the source of anything i value. Even if there was any real evidence it existed  so you fail yet again.
All in all another laughable attempt

Quote:Of course, there are people who value others as much as themselves or some more than themselves, but they are a minority.

1. One baseless statement

2. You just refuted yourself
