Indeed the first is absurd no ones arguing that the possession of a vagina makes one a person so straw man right off the bat .And there are legal concerns about late term abortions which massively legal restrict them and for good reason .
Indeed comparing imagined scenarios about people feeling 60 when one is 22 and comparing it to something she is actually claiming is just dishonest and clear fallacy of a non starter mixed with as you say false equivalency. Transgenderism is a real phenomenon weather it's purely genetic or a mix of biology and environment is the only real question . And his idiotic notion that chromosomes are what solely define gender is just ignorant.
Yeah and the planned parenthood comment is a clear case of spotlighting

Adults realize that truth is somewhere between facts and alternative facts, dontchaknow?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I only know this about Ben Shapiro:
And of course, he comes across as a little shit trying to seem reasonable and failing spectacularly. One would simply think he'd leave it at "I don't think we should be giving anyone connected with the Kardashians any encouragement, even if one of them does come out as having an unusual condition" or "Great. Now let's wait for a celebrity whose previous work DOESN'T make one despair for Western Civilisation to come out as Trans," but he has to repeatedly call Zoey Tur sir. To be fair, Zoey at least does a better job of matching her voice to her new body than Caitlyn Jenner.

His argument that Trans is merely mental delusion is ignoring all of the physical evidence concerning variations in chromosomes, variations in brain structure and variations in genetic makeup.
What I find really laughable, is that a guy who is wearing a magic beanie on his head in deference to an invisible magic sky master finds it appropriate to label anyone as delusional.
If god was real he wouldn't need middle men to explain his wants or do his bidding.

That's pretty much how I see it as well, but I would add that his main problem is not just being right about SJW's or being wrong about Global warming or Tran-sexuality etc.., his biggest problem is dividing everyone into to us/them. If your not a conservative as identified by him, you're a leftist enemy hell bent on destroying freedom.
But, he's not the only one making this mistake...
I haven't seen anyone here say that he is right about everything. All I've seen is some say that they like some of what he says. It's a few liberals who are behaving just like him with the us/them dividing line by saying that if you like anything he says, your surely are "one of them" and can be safely identified as an eternal enemy and insulted freely EVEN if you admit to having some views that are clearly liberal.
Lol, that's like, everyday here at Atheist forums. Most political threads are just liberal circle jerks and any attempt at having a position other then what's being agreed upon gets one labeled a right-wing whatever.

He understands the cultural marxism and jacobinism is the left at it's core which has shifted from the haves versus the have nots to the oppressed versus the oppressors. There is a scale of oppression the left believes in, and it's a battle between various groups to claim the most victim hood status. The enemy of course is white males who they view as the least oppressed, and actually the greatest oppressor keeping everyone down.
He points out this is why there are so many labels the victims throw at their perceived oppressor so they can blame others for their failures. It's also the reason the left changed the deffinition of racism to mean oppressed. It's why some black people claim they are incapable of being racist because they are a victim of oppression.
You do not have a left in the US just different levels of right.

Ah no we have a crazy left in the US. Don't have the time to go into it, but I live in a place where the communists like to pretend they are progressive while they are really the communist party of our state haha:
