I watched The Day of The Jackal (1973).

I watched journey 2 with Dwayne the Rock Johnson. I was almost made to leave the room when I started pointing out all the things wrong with it. The extreme coincedences required for any part of the film to pan out start after the fifth minute and just keep on going. What sort of simpleton is this film made for?

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis.

Are you not familiar with this 'sell-out for a new summer house by starring in a totally predictable and cliché kids movie' genre?

Hey Lutrinae, if I were unfamiliar completely with the Ghost in the Shell series, do you think I'd enjoy the movie more than a fan would? I surmise I would. Having heard that the movie pissed off the base fans, I surmise they chose to try to target new fans over creating a true to form movie to the series. I'm just wondering if they changed the meaning of the series altogether, in the movie, if it's fans are so pissed?

Lol I forgot to post my movie.

I just watched Whiskey Tango Foxtrot with Tina Fey

Although I went for the comedy, it turned out to be a tad deeper in its meaning and I was pleasantly surprised.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

I quite enjoyed it, and I have no doubt that you would as well.

And since I am gay, it was not Scarlett Johansson's skin-tight body suit that attracted me but rather her acting. Also, considering that I am normally not into action movies I rather enjoyed it nonetheless. It was probably due to there being a strong female main character. All those action movies that are completely testosterone driven tend to make me cringe and not want to watch.

Lots of little girls kicking butt these days. Valerian's partner (don't remember her name), River Tam, etc.

BTW, if anyone wants to see, ahem, more of Scarlett find a copy of "Under the Skin", my current DAFUQ? list first position holder.
