My experiences with internet forums

RE: My experiences with internet forums
I will travel through the US on my holiday even if the place is a smoking ruin, dammit!

I'll just call it a Fallout Holiday.

Just don't go hiding in any fridges when the bombs go off. I'm not rescuing any ghouls from fridges.

Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni:

"You did WHAT?  With WHO?  WHERE???"

Assuming we're talking about your scalpel work, I'd take my chances with you over someone I knew less well.

If it was me getting a bad face, but ol'stimbonator? The ignore function is a right mods and admins can't use. Meh.

I don't usually hear that.

Whines.

Happy sighs.

Screams for mercy.

Rarely "stop".

You never had me at your table.

RE: My experiences with internet forums
Dear vorlon13, I notice just now that you are a moderator here, please tell me, what is a prophet in residence, I mean what roles does such a thus designated member of the staff perform?

By the way, no offense intended, but just for satisfying my quest for knowledge, what do you say about what I read in re members of the staff, that they work hard to convince the topmost powers that be in a forum, to grant them most specially the appointment of moderator?

And don't insist that I bring up links on what I read, if you don't accept what I am telling you, that is your privilege - or you do research about how people get to become moderators, etc.

And for everyone here, I just came to the insight that perhaps atheists here some of them show hatred and anger against me and hurl foul language on me, it is because I don't go into their accustomed materials in re God exists or not, I adopt different ways and means to get them to exchange thoughts with me, on the issue God exists or not, and that really gets them all lost; in reaction they take to hatred, anger, and foul language on me, to cover their most unsettling confusion.

So, now I am studying how other theist posters here get the same treatment, if they don't get the same treatment, it is perhaps they also dwell on materials that are already over rehearsed and talked about by atheists, in most cases totally wrong in regard to what they know about God: totally wrong altogether, because these atheists never take the care to really at least read the the standard texts of say in Christianism, on what and who is God.

Like for example, time and again, atheists keep charging thus: If everything has a cause, what caused God?

Asking questions instead of presenting arguments, that is also one gimmick with atheists, they feel so smart with asking questions, but they never stay around with intelligent attention to read answers to their questions; so they will ask these questions again and again and again, as though it was only yesterday they were born, whereas the issue of God existing or not was already an issue since the dawn of man's conscious intelligence.

See you guys again tomorrow, in the meantime I will invest good time to read other theists here, to see whether and why yes or no, they get hatred, anger, and foul language from atheists in this their home turf forum, atheistforums.org.

By the way, don't you atheist guys have experiences at all in other forums. because I see that almost all of you are already into the dismal art of evasiveness this early in the present thread.

None. It is a self-proscribed title that any and all members are free to give themselves. In Cyberman's case, it is most likely a parody of people who believe themselves to be actual prophets.

You can amend your user title and various other things for your user handle on here and other myBB forums via the user CP which can be located on the top tab of options adjacent to your 'my posts' section. There are various user FAQs for myBB forums available online if you need any further guidance.

Nobody 'convinces us' to make people moderators. Staff are chosen from any and all members who that staff of the time believe will make a good contribution to the running and moderation of the forum. People can try and convince us all they want but if we don't need a new moderator and we do not believe they are a good fit then it won't matter.

Are you really telling a moderator, someone who has been promoted using the aforementioned system, to look up how people become moderators?

Nobody owes you anything here. If being here is such a trauma for you you're free to go. As bizarre as a person as you appear to be being bizzare isn't against the rules. Neither is having a persecution complex, evidently. I won't waste time responding to you unless you have a specific complaint or issue you feel we need to look at, and if you do, I suggest you follow the advice I have given you elsewhere if you want us to look at it. Otherwise I can only surmise you are here to cause a scene, get people riled up and to ultimately waste everyone's time. None of that particularly interests me or any of the rest of the staff and only serves us to take you less seriously than we already do.

Actually, I hold the position of prophet due to my unparalleled track record of fulfilled predictions. It is at the moment an unpaid position, but a fulfilling one
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Incidentally, Losty, if I may bend you for a moment...

Were you aware that this latest batch of trollnip doesn't wash off?
