I'd worry that the WLB will pardon him because he loves business criminal assholes, except Shkreli violated the first rule of the upper 1%:  Thou shalt not steal from other rich motherfuckers.  If you steal from poor people they think that is fine.

Wells Fargo cheated the middle class and the working poor and nobody went to prison. Madoff ripped off his own class and that is why he is doing time. 

It is only a crime when you hurt the rich.
