Abuse is abuse. Whether it's done by one cop or 30 or 300. One time is simply one time too many and the fact that you continually trivialize any sort of abuse by any number of cops makes you an enabler. That is sick.

But its usually done by one or two and then the rest of the department steps up to say it was "justified."

Ever notice that in cop shootings where there is a whole passel of them and only one shoots all the others claim he "had no choice."  Which begs the question, how come out of all the cops there only one fired?

Right! I would add if a cop abuses someone but the other cops at the scene don't help the person being abused. (That is a cop's job after all to protect people not stay silent to protect other cops who abuse) , if they stay silent then they are guilty as well.

Right? Then you don't care if only one out of 800,000 cops are dirty? You would still consider the lot guilty as the one?

You are dreaming now, it's a lot more than one to 800.000. There are many who abuse, (no way to tell how many) but also the other cops who stand by and do nothing not to mention the top brass who cover up or play the incident down. I will bet the numbers are huge.

There are between 800,000 and 1,000,000 sworn police officers in the US according to all the figures I've found. You show again that you don't have a good grasp of the topic. 

However, just for fun, are there any other groups that you assign group guilt to? All blacks sell drugs? All Latinos are here illegally? All educated people are Liberals?

You said I would not care if there is one out of 800,000. You need to look at the HUNDREDS of vids on the net showing abuse, murder, planting evidence, etc, etc, etc. The numbers are huge I will bet. I think you don't have a grasp of the problem, you need to open your eyes. Maybe you don't because it frightens you.
