Best scenario is, he launches an (IC, MR, SR)BM with a nuke payload, and it rises just off the launch pad and pops its cork, ala Looney Toons, devastating the launch facilities. Sad for the Norks, and shit's gonna be radioactive all over the place.

I don't expect to live long enough to get the taste of his presidency out of my mind.  Hopefully he'll scare a few generations straight about the 'uselessness' of government and the whole twiddle dee/twiddle dum illusion.  Oh yeah, while we're at it, lets hope to lose the idea of heroically voting for an unblemished savior over reasonable compromise.
