When people get attacked they panic. It's not as if she waited 5 minutes and then walked up to him and punched him. The panic part of her brain understandably responded and lashed out because she was attacked.

If she'd beaten him to a pulp and clearly kept going way past just lashing out quickly that would have been a lot more serious. Attacking someone back after they assault you isn't necessarily retribution... it can be instinct.

Its true attacking back can be knee jerk type instinct but she walks after the guy and tracks him down.
Im a jumpy person and im ticklish and ive punched and kicked many people by lashing out instinctively before but it doesnt count if you have to follow them as theyre running away.

But thats really just splitting hairs, whether its a focused retribution or an instinctive reaction judging by the video she couldnt argue self defence.

I agree that the woman definitely deserves sympathy and in a similar way i think the guy probably shouldnt be registered as a sex offender for tapping a tit. Or if he is then just for a few months to get a message across.

The guy did look very humiliated so hopefully he learned his lesson.

Why exactly does a woman have to do everything a man does physically? Would a woman be any less of a woman if they are not naked in public places? What you say makes sense if this was an fact and logic based ideal society, but in this society comparing boobs to dicks does make sense, cause we live in a society where they both are considered almost equally sexual. If I lived in a society where my feet were considered sexual and there was a high chance of random people grabbing my feet if I went out barefoot, I'd consider always wearing my shoes just as important.

I don't disagree that they are almost equally sexual. However plenty of things are sexual. My wife enjoys looking at me when I'm wearing jeans and no t-shirt, she finds that sexy. Plenty of people find certain expressions sexy. A lot of men enjoy looking at women's asses and find them sexual, are thong bikinis OK on the beach? There's little consistency. Men have nipples. Male nipples are fine. Women's nipples are not, unless there's a baby in close vicinity.

The fact that there is a high chance of random people grabbing your feet is not in any way your fault, and you shouldn't have to cover up your feet when it's the creeps who are doing the grabbing who are at fault and breaking the law.

The girl in the video was not inviting anyone to grab her breasts just by having them out. Only creeps and abusers seem to think grabbing them is OK.
