Hello.....I have a little problem

"Who exactly gets to decide what is 'reason' and 'decent thinking'? You? Me? If it was me,you'd be among the first to go."
Why? What have I done? All I said was that itg would be good to build Utopia. To explain a bit more, I think we will never get there but every step in that direction is a good thing. Or don't do the step. You seem to be extreemly angry. RE: Hello.....I have a little problem

Quote:What have I done? All I said was that itg would be good to build Utopia For a start "Utopia" is a non existent place by definition. The notion that if we just do X Y or Z things will be perfect is called magical thinking. More a cause for head shaking at your naivete rather than anger. I admit I was peeved by the terms "enemies of reason" and "decent thinking" both terms commonly used in dictatorships and by dogmatic believers. So far I have yet to meet a human being capable of consistent reason or logical thinking. To make sweeping claims about large numbers of people because of the way they think or what they believe is called 'bigotry" and very unattractive.. Not sure what you mean by "decent thinking". The implication is that it means people who think like you, another form of bigotry. Yup,you'd be among the first to go to a reeducation camp..

Excellent Statler, if all necessary functions of life are present at the moment of conception we can do away with mothers. What need would there be fore gestation. Lets just let the little guys loose right? Your analogy to a respirator is absurd, and easily the most ridiculous thing I think I've ever seen from you. That's impressive.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

You could at least be honest and admit that your idea of the requirements for life begin and end with a soul.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. FOLLOW ME!
Care to substantiate that claim?
