Oh, goody. Dripshit trots his fucking bible out of his ass as if what's written therein means anything. The bible is a pile of shit, drippy. It's historical accuracy is a joke.
Facts, dripshit. Like how Arianism was the dominant form of jesusism until the Arabs came through and kicked their asses. And I'm sorry to tell you ( not really ) that the mark bullshit is just a legend. "Mark" was a made up name attached to that particular piece of bullshit in the late 2d century. But by all means try to produce actual evidence that he was a real person..... if you can. And remember, your stupid fucking bible does not count. RE: How the black man embraced Christianity

He did post a wikki article that stated Christianity began in Africa in the mid 1st century...
Read it, Huggy. He's recounting the Mark legend and citing a shitload of mythical people. Circular reasoning of a type by which dripshit always climbs up his own asshole again and again.

It's worth noting that the idea of race, as we understand it today, didn't really actually exist around the time Acts was written. Ethnicities (like Roman, Greek, Judean, or in this case, Ethiopian or Egyptian), those were recognised, but lumping together, for instance, Romans and Greeks (or, Jupiter help you, the Romans and Gauls and Germanics) under one umbrella ("White") and Ethiopian or Egyptian under another ("Black") appears to not have occurred to man at this point. The earliest version of the modern race concept I can find is the Medieval idea that there are three distinct bloodlines who can be traced back (theoretically) to the three named sons of Noah, which correspond to Asian, African, and Indo-European peoples, which started sometime around the eighth century AD, when they worked under the assumption that the world looked something like this: ![]()

He sees what he wants to see. even in the article he questions it does not single source the bible. the bible was used in conjunction with several secular sources... but all minnie biased eyes can see was just enough to dismiss all of it. In truth I think even if the bible was never mentioned he would have come back with the same answer. (July 2, 2018 at 6:34 pm)Minimalist Wrote: Read it, Huggy. Maybe you should read past the first sentence. everytime a bible reference is made two secular sources were cited to back up the clai you old moron. the only way you missed that is if you stop reading 1/2 through the first paragraph! then the second two sources were secular only. I see you failed to even both with those. (July 2, 2018 at 6:24 pm)Huggy74 Wrote: He did post a wikki article that stated Christianity began in Africa in the mid 1st century... It needed to still be in Africa south of Egypt in the 1600s for it to be likely that any Africans acquired as slaves would already be Christians. The Muslim conquest makes that unlikely, though it's possible a Christian or two managed to suffer enslavement despite the odds.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.
