Still reticent about seeing that one.  I've heard bad reviews.

We have had our first "Smart" TV for less than two months now. I just searched it for "Young Frankenstein" figuring it would surely be there this month even if no other time of the year. Came up "unavailable." WTF? I'm pissed.

Then searched for
the newest Ghostbusters
Hocus Pocus
Blazing Saddles

They all came up but all wanted $$$ to rent them. Sons of Bitches. We are in our free trial for a couple of the apps---even there we either couldn't get them or they wanted $$$.

When I can still go to Redbox (for what's available of course) for less than half the price of renting them on the TV, I WILL drive the .8 mile to rent. Yeah, even in Tinytown we have TWO Redbox places.

Our Smart TV continues to disappoint us with its intelligence. But it does have beautiful clarity. And size. And the old (huge box in the back) TV was a dust magnet. I could dust it in the morning and it needed it again that night. This thing? I think it somehow manages to repel it. I dusted it for the first time this week and hardly got anything on the dust rag. THAT'S NICE.
Where are we going and why am I in this hand basket?

I remember paying for cable, and still there were never any good newish movies to watch.

Even with Netflix and Hulu it's still the same, but at least it's cheaper than cable.

I recently found myself going to an online streaming site to watch movies, with VPN intact of course.

"Apostle" is a 2018 British-American horror story... The movie we can watch now on Netflix... has received positive reviews from critics so i decided to watch... really this is an unique blend of horror genres....quite too long but not so bad😀
