It's liberal in that it is a very generous or broad interpretation that leads away from the literal text and intent of the authors. It seems to be taken out of context from the original.
Thank you for calling liberals 'generous'. We appreciate it.

That's something that's always mystified me. Who thinks that we should be stingy rather than generous... when it comes to what the government can't do to us with all of the terrible power of the state at it's disposal? Wouldn't most of us side with the little man, if..for no other reason, than to make it harder for big gov to shank us while we aren't looking?

Do you know the process by which reporters are allowed to participate in a press conference?

No more than the administration seems to know by what process or through whom acostas was revoked, no.

If there is not process then are my 5th amendment rights being violated if I were prevented from participating in the press conference?

If you knock on the door at 3 in the morning, and demand to see the President, can they just say no, or does a special council have to be convened?

The judge presiding seemed to think so.

It’s kind of seeming that your only thoughts on the matter are an appeal to the judges authority. If he had ruled in the other direction, would you still agree would you be arguing for or against it?

His decision aligns with the facts of the case. If the administration failed to present any process or even any person who presided over said process...then it's clear that there was no due process. They could have claimed -any- process...and pointed to any person.

What? There is a process for applying and being approved for a press pass. There probably is one for removing a press pass too. The problem isn't with the process, it's with the apparent fact that the process either wasn't followed or it was unfairly applied. That's what due process is about.
