I see it as though theists are the ones who have to forfeit, because if you take the amount of intelligence they have as the amount of players on their team, you'd end up with them forfeiting. 
This is the view one would naturally expect their opponents to hold. And so can't count for much. What one needs here is the view of the referee - not youir view.
Anyway, with regard to not turning up, as I've already pointed out, it's atheists who are lately failing to turn up for debates with theists, so, even by your rules.....

Evidence for what exactly? And how would valid evidence be known? Furthermore, how would it be weighed against counter-evidence?

Evidence is meaningless without logic to recognise and interpret it. Furthermore, what I want is not mere evidence but conclusive evidence. Evidence that is not sufficient to silence all logical counter-arguments is not much better than useless. So you see, I hold myself to an even higher standard than the one you demand. So have no fear.

There has to be an objective measure of "evidence" otherwise it doesn't really mean anything! Scientists can't do their work without standard measures - very precise standard measures. So to refuse to subscribe to a standard by which evidence can be objectively adjudicated is not being very scientific - or logical - is it?

Perhaps an example will help: You earlier claimed that the American continent did not exist until it was discovered by Europeans in 1492 when evidence of it was found. Now, if statements like that are going to be included in this discourse it doesn't have a hope, does it?
