I wish there was a God. I wish there was one who intervened when nature imposed death on me and allowed me to chose the parameters of my next life.

Of course, wishing something to be true doesn't make it so.

Psh, no need.  God magic can solve any conceivable problem.

I don't think it matters to a lot of people. If you showed there was a God or gods, people would just find something else to argue about. Really though, it makes about as much sense as people running around screaming that Christmas elves don't exist. No need to make T-shirts, throw fits, and what not. I don't believe in Christmas elves, and no anti-elves groups needed. If someone wants to believe they exist, then let them believe peacefully.

Maybe God did visit us when we were in the trees?
The apes wished for the simple life without complications.
(no taxes, bills, jobs, Bieber, etc).

They got their wish! The other asshole apes got kicked out!

"Do u want there to be a God? Any God?"

Its not even about God. Its about u.
I encourage people to think deeply about this.
Understand your response for it really reflects your mindset.

What if I rephrase the question.
"A gunman has a gun to ur head. Do u want him to shoot?"
