Trump has been considering dropping off migrants in "sanctuary cities" to punish his political opponents.

I'm not sure how that's supposed to hurt Trump's political opponents.  Residents in sanctuary cities don't seem to mind immigrants,  and I'm sure the immigrants would be much happier, knowing that they could legally work without the threat of deportation.

This could likely backfire on Trump.

The guy who says he "went to Wharton", but somehow doesn't know how the Federal Reserve works. 
The guy who says he's "really really rich", but somehow needs a few more dollars from a hotel in Washington, and can't have the FBI building relocated because the property is too much of a threat.
