I can never fault any thing that would turn trump being a poor boy from a poor family into reality.

Hitler and Stalin were never rich, they simply lived off the backs off the suckers who supported them. They did have money and power certainly, but both of them lacked empathy and morals.

Stalin had little in the way of personal assets other than the resources of an entire state.    Hitler, in addition to having the resource of the state at his beck and call, was in fact personally a multi-millionaire.

Actually, Hitler, as Anomalocaris said, was already rich before he became chancellor. Mein Kampf was a best seller.  Because of the disastrous state of the Reichsmark in the 20s and 30s, it's pretty hard to convert it into equivalent purchasing power today, but Hitler was probably worth anywhere from 6-10 million USD by the time he came to power. He could easily have lived that 'life of luxury' without ever having gone into politics.
