Hitler and Stalin were never rich, they simply lived off the backs off the suckers who supported them. They did have money and power certainly, but both of them lacked empathy and morals.

Stalin had little in the way of personal assets other than the resources of an entire state.    Hitler, in addition to having the resource of the state at his beck and call, was in fact personally a multi-millionaire.

Unlike the desperate people both Hitler and Stalin conned to get their power, both Hitler and Stalin once in power, live a life of luxury regardless of who was paying for it.

"It's not mine" is bullshit. Dictators live in the lap of luxury at the expense of their respective populations. Hitler, Stalin. Po Pot, and Kim Jong Ill ate well and slept well while in power.

Actually, Hitler, as Anomalocaris said, was already rich before he became chancellor. Mein Kampf was a best seller.  Because of the disastrous state of the Reichsmark in the 20s and 30s, it's pretty hard to convert it into equivalent purchasing power today, but Hitler was probably worth anywhere from 6-10 million USD by the time he came to power. He could easily have lived that 'life of luxury' without ever having gone into politics.

Good grief - the lies and outbursts are coming fast and furious now from the Cheeto in Chief. I can barely keep up. This is watching a crazy man lose what little shred of sanity he may have had left...it's like not being able to look away from a car accident. I am not sure what would surprise me less...his head exploding or him bursting into flames.

I see he stopped funding to help victims of human trafficking - do you suppose the ghost of Epstein past came to him in a feverish dream?
