Kill those who join other gods with God wherever you may find them. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura ix, 5-6 Those who believe fight in the cause of God. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura iv, 76 Say to the Infidels: if they desist from their unbelief, what is now past shall be forgiven; but if they return to it, they have already before them the doom of the ancients! Fight then against them till strife be at an end, and the religion be all of it God's. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura viii, 39-42 Let those who fight in the cause of God who barter the life of this world for that which is to come; for whoever fights on God's path, whether he is killed or triumphs, We will give him a handsome reward. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura iv, 74 Your wives are a tilth for you, so go into your tilth when you like, and do good beforehand for yourselves. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura ii, 223 When you meet the unbelievers, strike off their heads; then when you have made wide slaughter among them, carefully tie up the remaining captives. -- Holy Qu'ran, Sura xlvii.4 How about this? O ye who believe! Murder those of the disbelievers .... and let them find harshness in you. [Koran, Repentance: 123] Humiliate the non-Muslims to such an extent that they surrender and pay tribute. [Koran, Repentance: 29] O believers, do not treat your fathers and brothers as your friends, if they prefer unbelief to belief, whosoever of you takes them for friends, they are evil-doers. [Koran, Repentance: 20] Let not the believers take the unbelievers for friends.... whoso does that belongs not to God. [Koran, The House of Imram: 60] The earth is flat, and anyone who disputes this claim is an atheist who deserves to be punished. [Muslim religious edict, 1993 Sheik Abdel-Aziz Ibn Baaz Supreme religious authority, Saudi Arabia] If someone becomes a Muslim then apostatizes, he would be asked to repent; if he does not repent, he should be killed. You base your morals relative to society's standards for morals. I posted before how if you go back in time, in ancient Rome. You'll see that the general public thought it was okay and entertaining to murder non-Romans in the coliseum. You tell them that it is wrong to kill like this.... they'll just reply, why is it wrong? Says who? How would you reply to them in that situation? (October 17, 2011 at 2:36 am)ruhollah Wrote:(October 17, 2011 at 2:25 am)Phaedra Wrote: So what? There is no god to "get close to" This deity's wisdom has been proven to be false. You are not doing very well in the "Making peace with everyone" department Learn about your environment...it will show you how useless your deity is. You will never find all your "weaknesses" because your belief system will get in the way.
