I don't do videos much, does Zakir Naik condemn the beheading of a teacher for showing the cartoon after excusing anyone who didn't want to see it?

The reason Islam is hated is primarily due to the oppression of women in Islamic culture, which is caused by projected thoughts of infidelity/polygamy as practiced by ruling, law-giving male Islamic polygamists down the centuries. Zakir Naik is a scumbag. His preaching is banned throughout much of the Muslim world, he is a fugitive from justice, and he is widely seen as a supporter and funder of terrorism.
