This is actually a pretty good idea. Congress should just go ahead and give Trump the money for his wall, and then build it in any unused bit of desert. He won't know the difference. A couple of times a year, he could visit the wall - just have brown Americans on one side and white Americans on the other. He'll crow a bit and go home happy.
