I think chaotic dreams are called nightmares, dear. My wife and I love the sound of wind chimes. It would appear that the strong winds in our area have trashed most of them, though. Time to go to the metal store and buy some hefty duty metal and make some. Since you like wind chimes, maybe you'll like this piece of music. There are some chimes at a low level. This is one of my all time favorite pieces of music.

I sleep so sporadically that since being out of work I have learned to really appreciate a nice nap...the dogs are rather inspiring when it comes to daytime sleeping.
I love windchimes, always have. I have a great set that were given to me as a going away gift when we moved here. I have had to replace some strings and now a seashell is in the place of the paddle that had been there before. They have a lovely sound.
I've lost four pounds in six weeks which may not sound like much but my cardiologist told me to stop losing weight when I saw him in September and since then I have lost another twelve pounds. I thought I was eating a lot but maybe I am stressing it off.

If you start drinking and snacking at night like me you'll gain weight! I've gained 30 pounds in the last four months.

I really thought my increased ice cream intake would have packed on a couple of pounds.
I don't drink...maybe I should rethink that...hmmm....

Beer is where it's at for packing on weight. It is my favorite shit! Whiskey goes hand in hand with beer so... GET SOME!

I had this long reply to arewethereyet and Fireball on my phone, and then it disappeared.
I'll just be quick now, arewethereyet - so true about pets and how they make cuddling for a nice nap, or laying with a good book and a cup of tea...easier. I have cats, and my one loves to sleep with my husband and me, makes falling asleep happen quicker. lol I have struggled with sleep since Covid started. I'm not sure why, it's like my head is filled with sand, I'm in a fog on some days. But, other days, I feel like none of this is really happening. I'm sure affected sleep is a natural byproduct of what we've all been enduring these past 60 days.
Fireball, that's a great idea - to make my own wind chimes. I can't believe I didn't think of this. I've also had thoughts of creating my own ''dream catchers,'' although those seem a complex.

I gained 30 pounds after I retired. I've lost ten of it, and really want to get rid of the other 20 and more. I've maintained that 10 pounds off for 2 years, but haven't managed to get rid of the rest. Most of it comes from having arthritis in my feet (and hands, and back). I walked many miles a day for exercise before and after I retired, but now can barely walk at all, even after some surgeries. I'm hoping for another surgery that will help, but those aren't guaranteed, either.

Sounds like a problem I might face in another 20 years. I need to get my life straightened out right now. It will be better after I move. I'll be calmer and know that we aren't going to need to sell again for at least 10 years, probably more.
