bots and the change of the web.

In 2013, I have decided to join an online forum debating religion, as young as I was back then -I was only 21-; I learned about a different world.
It was a debate area with tough rules and laws -pretty much spot on to keep things in check-.
As time progressed, I changed -so as the forum-, suddenly around 2018 change started to show and the iceberg that was building up beneath the internet showed its real ugly face.
It was the ugly face took the whole internet to a new level, a level so disturbing and overwhelming -especially for a Computer Scientist like me-: it was the level of automation of the free-speech and the human existence in the network.
The automation of human existence is called a "bot -short for robot-"; these bots are very easy to make and such technology was used to flood both international opinion and personal opinion with internet comments and posts to alter news and facts.
Actually; places like "twitter" for example has made it to the international media as victims of Trump campaign's bots:

https://arstechnica.com/information-tech...rump-bots/
https://www.businessinsider.com/twitter-...&r=US&IR=T
China too uses such technology to flood the internet with its propaganda:

It's no secret anymore neither a "new thing" to count these propaganda tools as a fact.
But even humans do the propaganda work that bots do, you can even see such jobs here:

----
The internet have changed since 2013. Today, bots are a fact; and people doing the job of posting spam online for money is indeed a fact.
If forums did not change its whole protocol, I expect them not to last and become a thing of the past.
