I'm excited.  Some money in my pocket and something to occupy my brain for a few hours a week.

I think Qld needs to put the clock forward 100 years!

Looking on the qld govt website about car rego costs.
The more cyl you have the dearer it is. In Melbourne it's one fixed cost. But that not why I'm posting.
If you run a car on "steam" or electric in Qld, the rego is even cheaper than a 4 cyl! It's right there on their website! lol

You got to hand it to the Kiwis.
Even their homeless are smarter than me.

A bunch of overseas visitors come for eg: funeral, are then booked into mandatory quarantine into a hotel. The guy on the end of the queue was a local homeless man who got 2 weeks in a nice room with 3 meals a day! Sheesh, Why couldn't I think of that! lol

I cooked a couple of cow tongues tonight for a client.
Good flavour, melt in your mouth...but I still know it's a big tongue.
The client loved it.
I made up 15 dishes with roast vege and a celery, onion, garlic and chilli béchamel sauce.
Chucked a heap in the freezer.
Now I'm thinking of maybe cooking a piece of toast for meself but that feels like too much to do. :-)
