It should

It has nothing to do with righteousness. It has everything to do with the whole scenario making little sense

The cops shot Breonna 6 times. I don't give a shit if another cop shot also and "Endangered" the lives of other apartments. It makes no logical sense that the one cop who did not hit her, was the one charged with "Wanton endangerment".
Breonna was an innocent victim.

The fuck it doesn't!
"Ooops" is not a fucking excuse. ESPECIALY if you area cop. The cops who put 6 bullets into her body and killed her, cant use " I feared for my life" on a warrant based on bad intel.

Why not? Because Brian said so and he also said he is the sole source of light and truth?

That the innocent shouldn’t have to die is not enough, and in principle can not be enough, to convict those who caused the death.
If the prosecutor went to the grand jury with "the innocent shouldn't have to die" they failed.
What else is there?

Depends on whether the feds decide to do anything, which is unlikely.

I mean besides notion that someone ought to be satisfyingly punished for killing an innocent person in her home, Therefore something wrong must be found with the cop who pulled the trigger, what else is there to indicate the cop did anything that is wrong?

Either these guys can't shoot for shit, or a whole hell of alot of wanton endangerment was going on - which is perfectly redundant. They managed to light up the neighbors place and shoot breonna taylor six times, killing her, without taking down the man there were there to no knock, the man with a gun. Had they executed children, and it seems to be that the only reason they didn't is that there weren't any around - we wouldn't even be having this conversation. If what happened here is police doing their jobs in a professional manner then we need to rethink our standards, obviously.
It's not possible to believe that the state was acting in good faith in this case, and the lack of transparency in grand jury proceedings gives them the leeway to punt, which is what their mickey mouse charge and pillow money settlement is. Somehow, this is the rare exception that an indictment was sought and a grand jury convened at it didn't go to trial.

I’m not an authority on US law, but if blindly firing into an occupied dwelling doesn’t qualify as ‘something wrong’, then it probably should.

-and if we wanted to wash these officers of any legal culpability, which we do, - we'd just have to move it up the chain. Who sent a bunch of untrained shooters on a no knock drug raid? Let's hear what that dipshit has to say for himself. Is that a dept policy or was it his call?
The buck has to stop somewhere, we're just negotiating where we want that to be, where it will do the least damage to law enforcement and public perception. As it stands, the state is claiming that the buck stops with taylor, who may as well have shot herself.
