Somehow, residents in our facility have been stricken with C-19. We have sectioned off a hallway strictly for those residents who have become infected, and this morning we lost a beloved resident.

Toilet paper is getting difficult to purchase again. Here we USians go again.

I guess the stockpilers from last spring finally exhausted their supply.

And to put it into perspective... South Australia has emptied all the shelves of dunny paper because of total of a whopping 20 covid cases as of today!

The impending TP shortage was the topic of discussion where my husband works.  He felt the need to call and inform me yesterday.  

I had an order of various items, including TP, on the way from Amazon Pantry so I told him not to panic.

Besides, I have been quilting and sewing masks the last few months...if worse comes to worse I have a lot of fabric scraps.  

The end is near! In a good way.

• The Phizer/BioNTech vaccine is greater than 90 percent effective! The problem with that vaccine is that it needs to be stored at -70c! They plan on making at their vaccine free to everyone in the US!
  
• The Moderna Vaccine is 94.5 percent effective! Their vaccine needs to be stored at -20c so it is on par with chicken pox vaccine, meaning that it can be stored at any current medical facility that provides vaccines! They plan on profiting from thier vaccine and their stock has surged about 20 percent in the last week.
  
• They will both begin distribution after FDA approval around mid-December and after a few waves of vaccine we could be back to normal by June!
