Biden would not have the power to do that. As long as the paper work is done and delivered to the person, the pardon is irrevocable, even by Trump.

What army or even moral legitimacy has John Roberts to stop Biden from simply tossing them in jail if needs be.

Given the fact that all of Trump's pardons reward criminality of the worst kind, a proper PR campaign will have a large majority in favour of ignoring any of his pardons, and given that the current supreme court is muck to the people at large because of its own illegality it has little leverage.

The system is broken, do away with it.

He doesn’t ACTUALLY want to send people more money. He’s trying to throw McConnell under a bus.

In order for the current aid package to be changed at this point, both houses would have to re-vote. But most of Congress have already gone back to their districts for the holidays. If Trump vetoes the bill as-is, same thing - congress will have to vote to override. If Trump just sits on his tiny hands, it’ll take 10 days to become law, which will delay the aid. So one of the following will happen:

-McConnell recalls the Senate for the vote, which is going to piss off the membership.

-Trump pocket-vetoes, and can blame the delay on McConnell.

-Trump signs the bill, and can claim he tried to get more, and blame McConnell.

-McConnell and Pelosi recall congress and pass a bigger stimulus, and Trump claims victory.

This is typical shitty move on Trump’s part.

I don't believe the framers of the Constitution expected this kind of behavior from the executive and I'm pretty sure Washington would frown on it. Despite constructing a pretty good system of checks and balances, the capacity of humans to finagle and abuse power appears to be limitless.
