Making a pot of coffee using a pour-over filter that I got for cheap on Black Friday a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, I don't have a working pot that heats to the right temperature.

The Asmalin I was prescribed is not coming anytime soon due to an issue with the manufacturer. I have asked the doctor if he has any alternatives that are actually readily available.

Reading coffee maker reviews. My Mr. Coffee died last week, and I was going to replace it with the same thing, but my hunch is the water temperature it produces is not ideal.

That releases the maximum amount of flavor-bearing oils, while any hotter also releases the alkaloids, which make it bitter. Boru
