Role Models
Who are some of your role models? Some of mine would be Rupert Murdoch, Aldous Huxley, and George H. W. Bush. I believe these three people are visionaries, capable of seeing far beyond the present situation, whose intellects are focused on achieving some grand ideal, for the greater good of humanity. Very much "what could be" people.

Rupert Murdoch because, he is an incredibly wealthy person with heavy influence on what kind of media people consume. In other words, exactly the kind of person I want to be.

Aldous Huxley because, I see him as a kind of mad genius, with some brilliant imaginations for how he wanted society to function.

George H. W. Bush because, I like that speech he gave, about man's way of doing things, and nature's way of doing things, and how the "law of man" would come to rule human affairs.

Pontius Pilate - how he nailed that pig Jesus and gave him what he deserved.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Can you think of any humans whose rebellious nature inspires you?
