Oh I completely agree, but all a theist has to say is it can't be unjust and it can't be unlawful no matter what you say, because it is god.
"god is god and is always justified" trumps anything we can say we we play on
their ballpark where you accept fantasy and anything goes.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Oh, I realize this. Their interpretation of their 'holy books' is as follows:
- If it proves their point, it is literal.
- If it is contradictory, it is out of context.
- If it is ridiculous, it is symbolic.
- If all else fails, twist the words around and reinterpret.
- And then of course, "goddidit"
If none of that works, then quietly slink away saying to yourself, "I won".
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

Ah, but the bible isn't god's, because the bible actually exists. It is the product of man.

I thought the first four were about how man was supposed to get on with god, and the latter six were how man was supposed to get on with man.
