She's not getting any worse and her symptoms are mild so far.  Her fever broke over night and so far all I have is a bit of a sore throat.

Yeah, got confirmation that it's COVID. My symptoms are a day or so behind hers. Yay, more isolation.

Found out yesterday that my sisters family has it. One bad day then started getting better.

I'm completely not clear on what the isolation period recommendations are, like when's the clock start? First onset of symptoms, when the sample was taken, or when the results came?

My sister's waiting for a negative test result to leave quarantine.

Don't know about the Mexico guideline. US is currently 10 days past the first day of symptoms (first symptom day is 0).

I haven't been able to find out what the local recommendations are. We're following CDC recommendations. That helps.

Donating plasma. Your heart rate has to be 100 bpm or below. Mine was 100 on the dot today. I didn't eat before I left so that I could leave earlier, and I'm stopping at Wal-Mart on the way home, so it will be 9-11 when I get home. I think I'll grab a sub at subway while I'm at Walmart.

My wife is on the mend, it still seems like I'm a day or two behind her.
