Just think, the next time we go a-warcrimin...we won't also be denying the existence and honor of gay warcrimers.  Incremental improvement.

I did particularly like the bit you threw in about still respecting war criminals, because nazi defense - in mere reality, war criminals do make the decision to commit warcrimes, and following an illegal order is....wait for it....illegal.  So what's the play, really, is there some idea in your head that the more you concern troll people over dead girls, living muslims, and warcrimers..the more woke theyll be to how bad it is for the service to acknowledge the people who serve in it?

dafuq outta here......lol

So you'd be cool with the military tweeting out a a picture of bullets with John 3:16 written on them to celebrate Christian soldiers? I'm entirely fine with celebrating gay soldiers or any other kind of soldier. That's not the issue, at all.
The bullets in that picture weren't different colors to specify targets.  They were to show inclusion of LGBT+ in the Marine Corp.

Nuance have you confused?

Now go and tend to Cananda, they are looking for their village idiot.

While I would question if that violates the separation of church and state(  A principle I hold for most things) And why John 3.16 would be the bible quote they would use as there are many positive quotes that would fit the bill better. On a personnel level, this wouldn't bug me at all considering all the other religious crap the military still does (I mean this is fucking America we're talking about . The land of bibles and bullets)

You might not know this, but the military is already chock full of pro christian imagery and recruitment efforts.  Fine with it.  It never works with me, why do you keep trying?

I'd pick something better than john 3:16 though..and many soldiers have, as I told you before, we like to customize ourselves and our equipment.  Jeremiah, 51:20  You are my war club, my weapon for battle.  With you I shatter nations, with you I destroy kingdoms.  I mean, you'd need alot of real estate but psalm 144 is squared away.

As for Dick Cheney..I'm surprised he hasn't already now that you put the thought in my head. Then again, he's probably busy with the constant weasel heart transfers or whatever.

Quote:Yeah, next Dick Cheney will tweet out a picture of a rainbow coloured gay waterboard, and after I respond to it you'll be saying "But Dick came out in support of gay marriage! Show some nuance for Dick!"
You again literally just did the thing I pointed out your doing. Hehe

Ridiculously tying a Pro Pride tweet that contained colored bullets to Waterboarding and Dick Cheney. Seriously are you trying to make my point for me? Hehe

Yeah, maybe it's just me, but maybe people dipping their bullets in bacon grease to own the Muzzies, or official military accounts sending out pictures of bullets with bible verses on them is not the best way to win over the hearts and minds of Muslims.

Yes, because acknowledging gay people in a tweet is exactly like dipping rounds in bacon grease.

I doubt that acknowledging the existence and honor of gay people is a great way to win the hearts and minds of muslims, personally. Except the gay ones serving, ofc. They might be geeked about it. You know what does tend to win hearts and minds, even of muslims? Standing between them and the people who want to kill them for any number of reasons..including gay, and returning fire. You know, with bullets. No need to dip em in contaminants, they're already lethal enough. Plus it'd just jam the belt...and I don't want any interruptions in my stream of warcrimes. That might endanger my fellow warcriminals, gay and straight. Then there's the logistics of it..where are you gonna get enough bacon grease to tip a bushmasters drums? Couldn't even get any on an at4, things fully enclosed before single time use.

IDK, it's all too complicated. If I wanted to smear my weapon with something to be sure that I sent the enemy straight to whatever hell they believed in.. I'd probably just stick to a hatchet covered in my own shit.

So now you moved on to Slagging the military for doing Christain stuff and comparing that to Dipping Bullets in bacon grease and then linking that to a Pro Pride tweet by the military that contained a picture with bullets? Are you fucking high right now?

And I'm sure some elements of the Muslim populous are overjoyed about the American military making Pro Pride Tweets.

I didn't come off the warcriminal floor with a functioning gaydar...but those high speed boys I mentioned earlier in thread seemed to think that at least some of the impetus for a few of our local collaborators didn't come down to any great love of america or hatred for their country - just that they knew we wouldn't kill them for accidentally catching a peak in the showers. They were absolutely insistent that we had to come up with every excuse and pretense to keep those guys with us if we moved aos..because their lives were in danger before they became our partners and translators and crew foremen...basically forfeit if we left them behind.

Which we did. Sad really, because the military intended to bring them with us, had a plan for citizenship..the whole bit, but culture warriors (like you) back home said Nein! No more icky browns flying in, no more funding for the program, and no more protection for them.

Didn't say that at all. Strawman. Just like I didn't say that slavery is the exact same thing as trans in sports, and OnlineBiker didn't say that it's ok for police to unjustly shoot someone because they have driven drunk before.
