It seems most people view it like a brand name, but it is not a proper noun, and so dropping any singular-indicating article before it is good practice.
It is both singular and plural. Its origin was was singular, but it is mostly plural now.
Did you even read my link? It might have helped you. ^_^

I will remain at odds with what is, in essence a transliteration of a Greek into a direct English form. The reason for this is the fact that with this one form, English violates its (very violable) rules of importing properly into Anglic format, a Greek word. This is a bit of an oddity, and I rest on the violation of the removal of the plural infix "-s" in order to allow proper pluralization later. I read your link, and several others. Philologically speaking, kudos is incorrectly transliterated directly into English as an objective singular. A major reason being the lack of inflection in English. If we are to follow this line of reasoning, we will have to use "kudoi (or, in objective form, kudous)" for its plural, and, since it technically means "glory," or sources of such, we may want to begin a new trend-one which improves the quality of English rather than the typical, which "glories" in its debasement.

Hmm... I don't care what they call it. It's a great idea which prevents a lot of pointless post-padding with stuff like "Good post," or "yeah!" or " I agree."
In fact, if we had a Negative Kudos option it would probably cut down on the number of "Bullshit!" posts.
But then, G-C would get no responses at all I guess.

A few have recently argued that trying to dialogue with xtians about anything that matters is pointless as it is fruitless. I'll go one step further and liken it to having your best friend (same sex) masturbate you for you: It doesn't end well and mostly just creates friction.

Which is why you always go with a Dutch rudder.

How can we apply that to dialogues with the delirious and deficient? Shall we get them all worked up by acknowledging their godboy and skywizard, quoting random passages from their text until they spew a proper froth?

Someone needs to hijack the thread and take it back on topic.

The entire universe came into existence just like it is last Thursday. We all think it's older than that because all our memories and our history were created in place.
