Been working on handwriting with my youngest two. I think they may have Spatial Dysgraphia. It's never been a big problem until now, since they're getting ready to start high school. Though even then I'm sure most teachers will allow them to do most stuff by computer. It's just easier to read. I know as a teacher myself, I prefer typed assignments. Might look into getting them accommodations.

Same. I ended up taking trazodone at 4 am last night. Made the decision to do so a little earlier this morning. I keep sneezing.

My ILS worker (independent living skills specialist) has been out on vacation and with car troubles for over three weeks. I needed someone fully abled to help and so her supervisor came out for 3 hours, and another substitute worker will be here tomorrow. We got a lot done. I have about 25 lidded plastic storage containers for computer parts and we got all those labeled so that I can tell at a glance if the container at hand is the one that I'm looking for. Assembled a half-dozen banker's boxes and labeled those. And I had organized my chest freezer using large plastic bags, but they had reusable shopping bags in a variety of colors and materials at the dollar store, so I bought $25 worth of bags and we reorganized and cataloged the food in my chest freezer.
It's Miller Time!

Minneapolis and St. Paul is home to the largest Hmong community in the U.S., and I'm especially attracted to Asian men and women from a dating perspective. Additionally, I enjoy volunteering and am looking to be more social as well. I may even consider returning to work part-time. So learning Hmong has a lot of advantages for me. Unfortunately, it's a hard language to learn as there are basically no tools available for self-study, you either take a class or learn by immersion. That's a problem, for while my university offers classes in Hmong, due to a disaster of an academic career in my 20s, I'm no longer eligible for financial aid. Tuition would be in the neighborhood of $2500 per quarter for the one class. Plus I'd have to petition to be readmitted. The latter is not a big problem as I can easily get documentation that my former academic history was due to a health issue that no longer affects me, but I doubt I could swing the money. I inquired, and when I turn 62 in March 2025, I'll be eligible to take classes free or cheap. That's a big help, but it leaves me with a puzzle about what to do in the meantime. I could study Mandarin again, which would help train my ear for tonal languages, which Hmong is in spades, but I'm not sure I want to commit that much just to preparing while I wait to learn Hmong.

Finally found a free stream for tonight's game. Anymore, by the time you're done clicking through all the advertisements and jumping through all the hoops they require, you're lucky if the game isn't over once you're done.

Of course, some times you will need more than this, never be afraid to get professional help.
Yes I know, specialists sometimes help ...I have benefited before ...but this time I think I just need to change my environment, work and so on ...that helps too. Today I'm feeling better mentally, although still tired ...but now I'm starting to get something, some kind of cold or so.... But hope not covid hehe....anyway I agree someone with we can talk about anything is a treasure!!
Thank you
Good to hear about your mental health, feck the cold. Hot toddys or lemsip for colds.

Had a video conference today with my specialist (who's currently in Auckland).
Due to my improving health, the former diagnosis of, "probably won't see 40" has been rescinded.
Sorry, folks, but you're gonna have to put up with me for more than two more years!

I did.
He agreed with the new prognosis.
