According to the AP, it seems like a late Blue ripple is happening -- in the House, it's 199 for the Democrats & 211 for the Republicans with (of course) 25 to be decided.

I found it kind of odd how so many republicans openly supported and defended the Jan 6th insurrection, but didn’t include a single clip of it in any of their campaign ads.

I think it's one of those things that they believe, but know better than to advertise, because they know that will alienate voters. Like their assumption that, if a certain group of voters is voting against them, then this group shouldn't be allowed to vote.



Yes, these people are going after 18-21-year-olds' right to vote, and not even because they lost in the midterms, but because their majorities in Congress might be a bit slim. Good thing the 26th Amendment is harder for them to crack than Roe v. Wade or the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Whose idea was it to punish traditional Republicans by primarying them with election-denying nutjobs? I would like to thank them for giving Democrats WA-3.

Although I can see the middle ground, I am also the type of person to behave or retaliate in kind to how I am or others are treated. If you're going to mess with a woman's reproductive rights, you deserve to have your d***(gun)s cut off.

From my earlier post, Democrats have picked up 4 additional House seats, Republicans 0; it's now 203/211. The January 6th Commission may yet survive!!
