I've said before that I used to kill people for $8.27/day. Conflict is what you make of it.

When conflict comes for me, like a true coward I run from it. It is doubtful employers see it my way when I quit a job, however.

It's like flecks of smart sounding stuff bubbles up when the drain opens but then goes away.

Well I think it would be the easy way. If people want to be overly aggressive douches I can't really help that.
