 Getting vertical again is so hard.
Ooh! Whole Foods has brining kits for $8 with Prime. I think I'll be eating a lot of turkey this year.
Settling down to watch the Big Brother final. ITV did a great job of bringing it back to our screens. I'm rooting for Henry.
I wasn't going to say anything, but I bought a second roasting pan. I like the Target one for cooking smaller stuff like chicken parts, veggies, and beef roasts, but the rack in it isn't ideal for larger items like whole chickens or turkeys. Walmart had a non-stick roaster with handles on the rack for $10, so I figured why not. I think it will make things easier for the stuff I cook during the holidays.

Details, details. I didn't realize that I needed butcher's twine. I picked up the sides for turkey. I generally just have potatoes, stuffing, and gravy.
Watching football. I need to reorganize my freezers today to make room for turkey, though I can just put a whole bird in the fridge and cook it sometime next week.
